100 days smarter!

**Mrs. Ly’s class will be going to Ann & Sandy Cross on Monday. ** Please review the details on the information sheet that was included with the forms to ensure you have the proper outerwear, a lunch (all garbage will be returned in the lunch bag), water bottle etc.

Mrs. McEvoy and Ms. Deobald’s class will be going on Tuesday. 

Dear Mom and Dad:

We had lion dancers come to Cranston School today! What an awesome way to celebrate Chinese New Years! Today we also celebrated our 100 days of school. Our teachers gave us a photo of us now and then a photo of us when we are 100 years old. We wrote in our visual journals about what we can do now and what we will do or be like when we are 100  years old. Our teachers used an app called “Aging Booth” if you want to try this at home.

Question of the day: Finish this sentence, I am _______ years old, I can ___________. When I am 100 years old I ________________.

Housekeeping:

The Tanga Art show will be on Thursday Feb26 from 6-8pm. Each student will have an art piece that can be purchased for $10. All of the money goes to a school in Tanga. Cranston has been raising money for this school each year to help supply books, supplies and materials. If you are unable to attend and would like to purchase your child’s art, you can send $10 in an envelope next week. We hope to see you all there!

There is no school next Friday for PD Day.
