Peaceful Community

Dear Mom and Dad:

Mrs. Ly’s class continued swimming this week.

We read a book called “ The Peace Book “ by Todd Parr. Our teachers have noticed that we have been needing a few reminders about building a peaceful community. At Cranston school, I am part of a big family and I need to remember that I have a job at school.

All three classes had music today.

Question of the day: Post on the blog how I can help build a peaceful community.

Love,
The Rainbow Triad

Housekeeping:

All student library books need to be returned no later than June 5th

Mrs. Ly’s class will be swimming THIS WEEK of June 1-4.

SANDWICH MAKING
For those families who were at Cranston last year, you will remember our Sandwich Making Community Project (donations went to the Mustard Seed) that we were involved in and what a HUGE success it was!  For those new to us, throughout the year, we have been working very hard with our students to recognize the importance of giving back to their community.  We would like to participate in this project again this year.  If we could have each student bring in $2 for this project, it will be used to purchase the sandwich items (bread, ham, mustard, butter, cheese slices, Ziploc bags).  Thank you for your support, it is greatly appreciated.

Register Online
Beginning June 1, registration for transportation and noon supervision for September 2015 can be done online through your My CBE Account. You can access your account from our website www.cbe.ab.ca/fees and register using the same email address the school has on file for your family. Fees do not need to be paid until September 2015.  Information Package Fees 2015-2016 has been emailed to all parents.
