Learning about Tanga

Dear Mom and Dad:

We had a very special guest today named Mr. Dudoni. He used to go to a school in Tanga Tanzania. For the past five years since Cranston has been opened, we have helped to raise money for the school. Mr. Dudoni shared with us many pictures from Tanga.  One of our favorites were pictures of the students in Tanga reading letters and looking at pictures from Cranston school! We learned that their school does not have very much. Mr. Dudoni takes our donations back to Tanga and buys school supplies and materials locally for the school. Mr. Dudoni even hires workers in the local area to help repair the school floors and roof.

All three classes had music today.

Question of the day: Post on the blog something you learned from Mr. Dudoni today.

Love,
The Rainbow Triad
