Dear Mom and Dad:
We had a typical Wednesday
morning with Daily 5 and Math.
All three classes had
music today.
In the afternoon we
thought about what we wondered about our animal that we are investigating. Ask
me to tell you what were some of the questions I came up with. Asking questions and wondering is an important skill to have as we move into our next inquiry. I am taking ownership of my learning and am able to speak about my learning.
We also looked through our
visual journal pages to see what pages might need to be finished.
I am excited to show you
my learning tomorrow and Friday!

Housekeeping:
Students led Conferences are this Thursday March 19 and
Friday March 20. You can sign up by clicking on the link on the Cranston home
page
March 2015 conferences are Student Led. Students take the
lead on sharing examples of their work, discussing next steps and setting
goals. This does mean there may be more than one family
present the classroom at the same time. Each family will have up to 50 minutes
in the classroom.
