Dear Mom and Dad:
We did a lot of different things today in all different groups. Mrs. Ly and Ms. Deobald's class had mapping today with Mrs. Kinsman and Mr. Southworth. We are learning about what maps and globes are. We noticed that globes have colors and some are brown. Some maps show different things. We used a compass today to try and find where north is. We discovered that our classroom is South!
Ask me to tell you about word work and which teacher group I am in.
We had dance this afternoon and finished off the day math.
Question of the day: What did you do in word work today?
Love,
The Rainbow Triad
We need 12 pumpkins for our pumpkin inquiry and are asking if any parents would be willing to donate a pumpkin or pumpkins. Please e-mail your child's teacher if this would be possible. We would like to have them for Monday. Thank you very much for your help!
