Dear Mom and Dad:
Welcome back! It was business as usual today in the Rainbow
Triad. Our teachers noticed us getting a little restless by the end of the day.
I know it can be a little difficult to
transition back but we got through the day hooray!
We started off the morning with a writing lesson. We learned
about what it means to plan out our writing. Ask me to tell you what I wrote
about today (hint: it was all the different things I look like, what I can do,
what I look like). We will be learning the steps each morning this week so that
we can experience what it is like to plan, write, edit and publish our work.
We continue to work on number sense in math. Ask me to tell
you what I did in math today. We also worked in our word work groups today.
Mrs. McEvoy’s class had music today.
We watched a video about the Northwest Territories in the beginning of Canada's North. Ask me to tell you all of the things that I wonder and discovered about the North of Canada.
Question of the day: Post something you know about the North region of Canada.
Love,
The Rainbow Triad
